By using the SyncYourTime (SYT) web app, you agree to the following terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
1. Purpose and Intent
The information presented on this website and within the SyncYourTime (SYT) web app is our unique interpretation of Vedic astrology, Panchang and Muhurta selection. It is intended solely for recreational / entertainment and informational purposes. It does not constitute practical, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice or guidance.
SYT is not a fortune-telling service.
The information in the web app does not offer or constitute predictions, advice or guidance in any field, including legal, financial, medical, or psychological, nor is it a substitute for personal judgment or common sense.

2. Use of the Web App
By using the SYT web app, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the functioning of the app or its services
- Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse or abuse the system
- Distribute, reproduce, or repurpose the content found in the app or on this website
SYT is provided "as-is", and may be updated, paused, or changed at any time without prior notice.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, SYT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the web app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Accuracy and Availability
- SYT cannot guarantee complete precision at all times due to data input, calculation complexity, and system limitations.
- All outputs are provided "as-is" and the service "as available"
- SYT is not liable for any losses, delays, or decisions made based on SYT’s content

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the SYT web app — including timing tools, written explanations, and visual design — is owned by Gaura Bt., Hungary, and protected by copyright.

7. Membership and Email Service
When you register and subscribe to the SYT web app:

- You may update or delete your personal data from the Profile page in the app
- You may opt in to receive daily reminders and updates
- You can opt out or delete your account anytime from the Profile page or by contacting us at emailSS@dd.com

8. Subscription, Payment and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused services
- Pricing may change with notice for future billing cycles
9. Free Trial
If offered, free trials end automatically, and convert to a paid subscription unless otherwise stated.
10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless they request immediate access. Starting use after explicit consent waives the withdrawal right for digital services.
11. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
- Decompiling or reverse-engineering the web app
- Cause excessive server load
- Scanning for vulnerabilities
- Uploading malicious code or scripts
- Engaging in harmful behavior toward the service or other users
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYT, its founders, operators, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
SYT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits related to your use of the service.
14. Termination
SYT may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or compromise the integrity of the app.
15. Technical Requirements
To use the SYT web app, you need:
- A device capable of displaying web pages
- An active internet connection
- A modern browser with HTML5, JavaScript, and cookies enabled
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. Assignment
SYT may assign its rights and obligations. Users may not assign theirs without written permission.
18. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
19. Jurisdiction and Legal Notes
SYT is operated by Gaura Bt in Hungary. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law and EU regulations. Disputes will be handled by Hungarian courts.
